Mission

Support the sales and business development teams by shaping solution proposals that address the supply chain challenges of large retail organizations. The Presales Consultant plays a key role in connecting client needs with the firm’s services and solutions, helping retailers improve their inventory management, distribution models, and supplier collaboration through digital transformation.


Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Opportunity Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client priorities in supply chain, logistics, and store operations.
  • Prepare and present solution proposals that highlight how digital tools can address inefficiencies and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Participate in client conversations as a trusted advisor, focusing on business value over technical detail.

Proposal & Value Definition

  • Contribute to the creation of commercial proposals, value cases, and roadmaps, showing the impact of transformation initiatives.
  • Align proposed solutions with industry benchmarks and clients’ strategic goals.
  • Support sales cycles by anticipating client objections and offering credible insights and alternatives.

Internal Collaboration & Retail Insights

  • Work closely with delivery, consulting, and innovation teams to ensure alignment between offering capabilities and client expectations.
  • Bring in market intelligence on retail trends, consumer behavior, and supply chain digitization to shape strategic approaches.
  • Feed insights into the continuous improvement of go-to-market strategies in the retail space.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related fields.
  • Experience in presales, consulting, or solution design, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of retail supply chain dynamics, including inventory, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and demand planning.
  • Ability to translate client business challenges into solution narratives that resonate with decision-makers.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, comfortable in meetings with both business and operational stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus for clients in Southern Europe.
