Mission

Develop and maintain embedded software systems for complex equipment used in control and measurement applications. This role focuses on translating customer requirements and product needs into robust, efficient firmware, while ensuring seamless hardware integration and long-term system stability.


Responsibilities


Software Development & Integration

  • Design and implement new features and customer-specific functionalities in embedded systems.
  • Develop firmware using C/C++ or comparable programming languages for industrial control environments.
  • Collaborate closely with hardware designers to ensure complete system functionality.

System Optimization & Support

  • Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of existing embedded solutions.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and technical documentation for new releases and updates.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for product management, service teams, and external partners.
  • Provide on-site customer support when needed, focusing on root-cause analysis and troubleshooting.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work as part of interdisciplinary project teams involving software, hardware, and systems engineering.
  • Translate technical requirements into scalable, production-ready software within time and quality constraints.


Requirements

  • University degree (BSc/MSc or equivalent) in Computer Science, Automation, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming and working knowledge of Linux environments.
  • Experience or familiarity with microcontroller technologies and circuit-level understanding.
  • Strong grasp of embedded systems design principles and complex process control.
  • Independent, systematic, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Strong team spirit, communication skills, and adaptability in dynamic development environments
