Mission
The AI Platform Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack applications, playing a key role in transforming architectural concepts into reliable, production-grade software solutions across backend, frontend, and cloud environments.
Responsibilities
Full-Stack Architecture and Development
- Design and develop robust backend microservices and APIs using modern frameworks and programming languages.
- Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance web interfaces using contemporary frontend technologies.
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and security across the full technology stack.
Cloud-Native Deployment and Operations
- Deploy and operate cloud-native applications across major cloud platforms using automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement containerization and orchestration strategies to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Monitor application performance and ensure high availability through structured operational practices.
Quality, Testing, and Continuous Improvement
- Implement automated testing strategies across backend and frontend components.
- Ensure code quality, resilience, and security through best practices and structured review processes.
- Promote continuous improvement in development workflows, DevOps practices, and engineering standards.
Collaboration and Technical Leadership
- Collaborate with UX designers, DevOps engineers, data teams, and product stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Mentor developers and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and technical excellence.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and long-term platform evolution strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering production-grade full-stack software solutions.
- Strong backend expertise in C#/.NET, Python/FastAPI, or Node.js.
- Solid frontend proficiency with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary environments.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code tools.
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled platforms or data-driven digital ecosystems.
- Experience in large-scale, technology-driven organizations.
