Mission
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and driving cross-functional projects across the full value chain, from suppliers to customers, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. The role is central to transforming technical plans into structured and executable project roadmaps, aligning stakeholders, controlling risks, and providing clear visibility on project performance to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
Project Planning and Coordination
- Support technical leads during project ideation, scope definition, and execution planning.
- Structure project plans, timelines, and milestones aligned with technical and business objectives.
- Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, production, sales, and quality teams.
Execution, Budget, and Schedule Control
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables in close collaboration with technical leads.
- Track progress against plan, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure projects meet internal commitments and external customer deadlines.
Stakeholder and Supplier Management
- Act as a central communication point for internal and external stakeholders on project status.
- Supervise and coordinate critical suppliers to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Support customer interactions related to project execution and delivery.
Reporting and Governance
- Regularly evaluate project performance, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare structured project status reports for executive management.
- Support the Quality team during project execution to ensure compliance with defined standards and processes.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of demonstrable experience in project management within technical or industrial environments.
- Proven experience controlling project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Experience using project management tools and digital reporting environments.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering or manufacturing teams.
- Exposure to supplier management in complex project environments.
- Experience in fast-growing or technology-driven organizations.
- Familiarity with structured project management methodologies and best practices.
