Full Stack Developer

Mission
The Full Stack Developer will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of highly reliable software applications that support real-time logistics operations. This role combines front-end and back-end engineering to build scalable systems, intuitive interfaces, robust APIs, and cloud-ready architectures. Working within a multidisciplinary R&D environment, the position directly influences product performance, user experience, and the evolution of the company’s engineering culture.
Responsibilities
Product & Feature Development
- Collaborate closely with product teams to translate operational requirements into high-quality software solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable code across front-end and back-end components.
- Contribute to feature development that improves efficiency, transparency, and reliability in time-critical logistics workflows.
Architecture & System Design
- Work with a Ruby on Rails backend and a React/MobX front-end interface used by global customers and internal operations teams.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and microservices (Go and Ruby) to ensure system scalability and performance.
- Participate in architectural improvements, refactoring initiatives, and long-term platform evolution.
Code Quality & Delivery
- Maintain code quality through automated testing, peer reviews, and continuous integration practices.
- Support improvements to code-delivery pipelines and contribute to robust development standards.
- Diagnose and resolve complex production and application issues.
Integrations & Collaboration
- Implement integrations with external partners such as airline systems, courier networks, and specialized logistics platforms.
- Work as part of a collaborative engineering team, contributing to knowledge sharing and collective problem-solving.
- Help shape team culture and development best practices within a growing engineering organization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack development using modern frameworks, preferably React and Ruby on Rails.
- Strong experience building, maintaining, and consuming REST APIs and microservice architectures.
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid time-management, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced and distributed environments.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven mindset.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Go microservices.
- Experience in high-growth product companies or logistics-related systems.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing environments.
- Multilingual capabilities.
