Through strategic partnerships, it supports satellite manufacturing and integration, including full small satellite constellations.

Mission
Lead the planning and execution of multidisciplinary spaceflight projects, ensuring alignment with technical, schedule, and budgetary requirements. This role ensures seamless coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver space systems that meet rigorous quality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution
- Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned space-related projects from initiation to closure.
- Define and maintain project scope, timelines, cost structures, and quality benchmarks.
- Ensure delivery in line with aerospace standards and internal procedures.

Technical and Stakeholder Coordination
- Align project requirements with cross-functional technical teams.
- Manage interactions with subcontractors, partners, and customers.
- Coordinate risk management and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project.

Monitoring & Reporting
- Apply formal change control processes to manage scope, schedule, and cost variations.
- Track project status and performance using appropriate KPIs.
- Escalate critical issues and report progress to senior management.

Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure comprehensive, traceable project documentation is maintained.
- Support audits and verifications required under sector standards (e.g., ECSS, NASA).

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex technical projects, ideally in the aerospace or defense sector.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMI or equivalent).
- Experience working with spaceflight hardware or mission-critical systems.
- Solid understanding of aerospace quality and regulatory standards.
- Skilled in stakeholder communication, negotiation, and team coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluent in English.
- EU work authorization.
- Willingness to travel to the US.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required.

Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with satellite systems and subsystems.
- Previous involvement in ESA, NASA, or commercial space programs.
- Experience with ECSS or other space sector compliance standards.
