Mission

As an Account Manager, your mission will be to drive the acquisition and development of new business opportunities by offering tailored digital solutions to medium and large enterprises. You will play a critical role in identifying client needs, proposing strategic technology transformations, and contributing to long-term customer relationships through consultative sales.


Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Engagement

  • Qualify, develop, and manage new business opportunities.

  • Analyze client requirements to offer customized digital solutions based on enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, AI, etc.).

  • Collaborate with Presales and Delivery teams to ensure accurate solution scoping.

  • Represent the company at industry events, forums, and networking opportunities.

Account & Opportunity Management

  • Manage existing accounts with a focus on retention and growth.

  • Ensure delivery of commercial objectives through strategic account planning.

  • Facilitate change management discussions and guide clients in technology adoption.

  • Lead sales processes for complex solutions including AI applications and process automation.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in consultative sales of business management software (ERP, CRM).

  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise software implementation (as a consultant or project lead).

  • Proven track record managing mid-sized customer accounts.

  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and ability to propose strategic solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics, including AI and digital transformation.

  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) for proposal negotiation and customer interaction.
