As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the commercial development of business management software and digital transformation solutions. You will play a strategic role in identifying new business opportunities, building trusted relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful alignment between technological solutions and operational needs. Your contributions will directly influence the company's growth and its positioning as a reference partner in digital innovation.
Business Development & Client Management
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in targeted industries.
Lead consultative sales processes by understanding client challenges and proposing tailored software solutions (ERP, CRM, low-code, AI).
Manage and grow relationships with mid-sized enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Solution Advisory
Conduct business process analysis to define client needs and transformation objectives.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to build compelling solution proposals.
Act as a strategic advisor, positioning advanced capabilities such as AI integration and change management practices.
Sales Execution
Deliver against assigned commercial targets.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to reinforce market visibility.
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in consultative sales of enterprise software (ERP or CRM).
Proven background in implementation projects, ideally having performed consulting or project leadership roles.
Strong understanding of business processes across sectors such as manufacturing, distribution, retail, or professional services.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex value propositions, including AI-driven innovation and change adoption.
Solid command of IT environments and enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, low-code tools).
Minimum English level: B2.
