Mission

The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for developing and owning the Nordics enterprise market across Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden, driving complex sales opportunities from initial strategic discovery through closing and account expansion. The role combines new-business development, consultative solution selling, and long-term account leadership, engaging senior executives and technical stakeholders to translate advanced AI and computing capabilities into measurable business value.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Own the complete enterprise sales cycle, from strategic discovery and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, closing, and account expansion.
  • Build and close high-value enterprise opportunities with individual contract values of €500K–€1M+, while developing larger strategic multi-year engagements.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline coverage, forecasting, deal governance, and accurate opportunity management within the CRM environment.

GTM Execution and Market Development

  • Design and execute a go-to-market strategy across priority industries and enterprise segments throughout the Nordics.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities across AI transformation, advanced optimization, and AI infrastructure use cases.
  • Build relationships across the enterprise ecosystem, including strategic partners, system integrators, consultancies, industry associations, and relevant executive networks.

Consultative and Solution Selling

  • Lead discovery-first commercial conversations focused on customer outcomes, strategic priorities, and measurable business impact.
  • Engage C-suite and senior technical stakeholders to identify explicit and latent needs where advanced AI and computing technologies can create competitive advantage.
  • Co-create tailored use cases, transformation roadmaps, business cases, and solution approaches in close collaboration with technical and research teams.

Cross-Functional Commercial Leadership

  • Act as the commercial lead within complex deal teams, coordinating product, engineering, solutions, legal, finance, marketing, and partnership stakeholders.
  • Provide structured market intelligence and customer feedback to product and senior leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to strengthen market presence and generate pipeline through events, thought leadership, and ecosystem development.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of direct revenue-generating experience within a European AI scale-up or fast-growing AI/deep-tech company, within approximately 5–10 years of overall professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience closing, or acting as the primary commercial contributor to, enterprise deals with individual TCV of €500K or above.
  • Proven ability to originate and close a meaningful proportion of revenue from new-logo accounts developed from scratch.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and engaging senior executive decision-makers.
  • Fluent English, with strong executive-level communication and commercial skills.
  • High degree of autonomy, ownership, and ability to operate effectively within fast-moving and resource-constrained environments.
  • Legal authorization to work in Sweden, Norway or Denmark.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling AI, infrastructure, or highly customized technology solutions.
  • Fluency in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic.
  • Established relationships within large Nordic enterprises in sectors such as finance, energy, manufacturing, telecommunications, or industrials.
  • Background in consulting, system integration, complex solution sales, or scaling new markets, verticals, or product lines in high-growth environments.
