The Sales Consultant will be a proactive professional, responsible for the sales and pre-sales phases, creating offers, defending them, and launching projects as a coordinator. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in presales or sales and project management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the sales process and will be responsible for ensuring the successful launch and coordination of projects. The Sales Consultant will collaborate closely with the technical and marketing departments and will work on a global scale, requiring international travel and flexibility. You must act as an entrepreneur and roll up your sleeves.


  • Lead the pre-sales phase, understanding client needs and creating tailored offers.
  • Defend offers to potential clients, ensuring they understand the value proposition.
  • Coordinate the launch of projects, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing departments to ensure offers are aligned with company capabilities and market trends.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote our services.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Oversee the sales process from offer creation to deal closure, ensuring efficient operations.


  • At least 3 years of successful presales or sales experience, preferably in a consultancy or project management role in the IT, Software or Consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from offer creation to deal closure.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, self-motivate, and drive results.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the complete B2B sales cycle is necessary.
  • Goal-oriented and driven to achieve results.
  • Experience in leadership and coordination of projects is essential.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and demonstrate flexibility in work hours.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong ability to work in a team and foster a "team-first" mentality, promoting a culture of effort, commitment, and a sense of belonging akin to a close-knit family.
  • Background in Audio or Video field is an advantage.
